These Terms of Service govern your use of our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Chorley is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) operating in England and Wales. We provide prescription and non-prescription weight loss services to patients in Chorley and surrounding areas. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services if we determine treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate suspension of your account.
All prescriptions issued through our service are subject to clinical review by our GPhC-registered pharmacist. Submission of a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our prescribers and pharmacists retain full clinical discretion over whether to approve, amend, or decline any request for treatment. We may request additional information, recommend an alternative treatment, or refer you to your GP where appropriate.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared with others. Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review and are not guaranteed.
Payment is required at the point of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. If your prescription is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked courier service to your registered UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect address details provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed and dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for dispensed medicines due to patient safety regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the matter promptly.
